These tracks were recorded in late 2011 (at the same time as the Pig Eyed Bandits' E.P./almost-album 'Pig Pharmacy') in the hope of some kind of double A-side 7" release- though in retrospect this seems slightly old-fashioned and slightly misguided (given that we weren't signed at the time and were just funding stuff ourselves i.e. ¨vinyl expensive¨- in stupid cave man voice).

Having recorded two records ourselves (with 'mixed yet pleasurable results' according to the favorable review I've just imagined) we thought we'd try something 'proper'.

This worked out ok I reckon, this is a good audio representation of what we sounded like those 6 years ago, give or take, and despite the fiscally-motivated time pressure the process wasn't completely torturous.

So yeah, until we can afford some kind of physical release (financially and spiritually given the ethical nightmare that surrounds the manufacture of any plastic-based product) these two tunes will have to occupy their own ether-like corner of the internet.

They seem happy enough living in Bandcamp, as much as any collection of coded data can be. Enjoy!
